KEY MOMENTS
- In the first set, with the score tied, 19-19, Samford scored the final six points for a 25-19 win.
- In the second set, the teams were tied, 24-24, and The Citadel scored back-to-back points to take the 26-24 win.
- Samford led the entire way in the third set, pulling away for the 25-6 win.
- After Samford fell behind early in the fourth set, the Bulldogs stormed back to take a 20-10 lead and eventually a 25-17 win and a 3-1 match victory.
