BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Samford Athletics will host the Second Annual Bulldog Baby Race, Presented by BMW, at the Bulldogs' men's basketball game on Dec. 16, against Belmont.
 
Get ready to witness the cutest competition of the year – the Second Annual Bulldog Baby Race, presented by BMW! Last year, we saw 15 adorable bundles of joy racing their way into our hearts, and this year, we're turning up the excitement!
 
Mark your calendars for Bulldog Buddies Takeover Day on December 16^th. The event, surrounding the 2 p.m. game is highlighted by a baby race at halftime when our little athletes will take center stage in a race you won't want to miss.
 
There will also be activities for kids throughout the evening. Booths hosted by Samford Athletics and local businesses will be located around the concourse with face painting, coloring and other interactive activities. After the game, everyone is welcome to the court for a signing session with the team.
 
Is your baby ready to crawl into the spotlight? All babies under 14 months old are invited to join the halftime race and become the next Bulldog Baby Champion. Simply complete the registration form to enter your child. Participants will be selected on the day of the game through a lottery system.
