FINAL RESULTS (PDF)
ONEONTA, Ala. – The Samford men's golf team placed 12
th at the Graeme McDowell Invitational, played Sunday through Tuesday at the Limestone Springs Golf Course (Par 72, 6,987 yards).
The Bulldogs fired a team three-round total of 878 (297-289-292). UAB won the tournament with a total score of 842 (290-268-284).
Samford was led individually by freshman
Taylor Kuehn, tying for 20
th in the 84-player field, with a three-round total of 216 (72-70-74).
Damin Strydom tied for 25
th at 217 (74-73-70), while
Davis Woodliff tied for 48
th with a score of 222 (74-74-74).
Andrew Sullivan fired a three-round total of 223 (77-72-74), tying for 51
st.
Matthew Smith tied for 79
th at 233 (81-77-75).
Nolen Wolfe played as an individual, also tying for 79
th with a score of 233 (81-77-75).
Samford will next play in the North Alabama Tournament, Oct. 16-17, in Florence, Ala.
