GREENVILLE, N.C. – The Samford men's golf team placed ninth at the ECU Intercollegiate, held Monday and Tuesday at Brook Valley Country Club (Par 72, 6,803 yards).
Samford fired a three-round score of 908 (309-301-298) to place ninth in the 15-team field. The host school, East Carolina, won the event with a final score of 879 (286-298-295).
Individually for Samford,
Damin Strydom led the way, tying for 15
th in the 90-player field with a three-round total of 221 (75-72-74).
Davis Woodliff tied for 20
th with a score of 224 (75-77-72). A full list of Samford's playing five and individual scores is below.
Samford will next play in the Sweetens Cove Intercollegiate, March 25-26 in Pittsburg, Tenn.
