HATTIESBURG, Miss. – Samford sophomore Gabi Nicastro finished in a tie for seventh and Samford placed fourth as a team at The Judson, held Monday and Tuesday at Hattiesburg Country Club.

Nicastro finished with a three-round score of 214 (71-73-70) to finish in a tie for fifth in the 65-player field.

Grace Engel finished in a tie for 12th at 217 (73-73-71) and Anika Richards finished in a tie for 24th with a three-round total of 226 (73-76-77).  
As a team, Samford finished with a three-round score of 882 (291-296-295). Southern Mississippi won the tournament after a sudden death playoff with Tulane.
