2025 VOLLEYBALL SCHEDULE

BIRMIMGHAM, Ala. – Home matches with SEC foes Georgia and Auburn, a road match at Tennessee as well as the always tough Southern Conference slate highlight the Samford volleyball team's 2025 schedule, released by head coach Keylor Chan Wednesday morning.
 
Samford will open the regular season by hosting a tournament, Aug. 29-31. In the event, Samford will host Georgia on Aug. 29 and Troy on Aug. 31. Georgia and Troy will play each other on Aug. 30.
 
The Bulldogs will then compete in a tournament at Tennessee, Sept. 4 and 5, taking on Winthrop on the first day of the tournament and Tennessee on the final day. Next up, Samford will play a single match at North Alabama on Sept. 9.
 
Samford will then play in a tournament hosted by Tennessee Tech, Sept. 12-13. The Bulldogs will play Radford and Wichita State on Sept. 12, and then Samford will take on Tennessee Tech on Sept. 13.
 
The Bulldogs will then host the Alabama Challenge, Sept. 18-20. On Sept. 18, UAB and Auburn will play each other, followed by Samford hosting South Alabama. The Sept. 19 action will include UAB playing South Alabama, followed by Samford hosting Auburn. On the final day, Auburn will take on South Alabama and Samford will host UAB.
 
Samford will open Southern Conference play with a match at UNC Greensboro on Sept. 26, followed by a contest at Furman on Sept. 27. The Bulldogs will return home for the next two matches, hosting Wofford on Oct. 3 and ETSU on Oct. 4.
 
The Bulldogs will play their next four matches on the road, playing at Western Carolina (Oct. 10), Chattanooga (Oct. 11), The Citadel (Oct. 17) and Mercer (Oct. 19). Samford will then return home to face Furman (Oct. 23) and UNC Greensboro (Oct. 24). Next up, Samford will go back on the road to play at ETSU (Oct. 31) and Wofford (Nov. 1).
 
Samford will wrap up its regular-season with four-straight home matches. During the stretch, Samford will host Chattanooga (Nov. 6), Western Carolina (Nov. 7), Mercer (Nov. 14) and The Citadel (Nov. 15).
