2012 (Junior): Indoor: Competed in four meets … finished fifth in the mile run at the SoCon Championships (5:00.66) … set a new personal best in the mile run at the Auburn Invitational (4:54.59).  Outdoor: Competed in five meets … won the 800 meters at the Samford Multi with a career-best mark of 2:12.25 … placed sixth in the 1,500 meters at the SoCon Championships (4:43.87) … set a personal-best in the 3,000 meters at the Tiger Track Classic (10:08.55).

2011 (Sophomore): Indoor: Competed in four meets ... ran a season-best 2:18.84 in the 800 meters ... finished in the top ten in all four meets ... ran the third leg on the distance medley relay that finished third at the SoCon Championships (12:05.23). Outdoor: Competed in four meets ... finished sixth in the 800 meters at the Seminole Invitational with a season-best time of 2:15.91 ... earned a top-ten finish at the Tiger Track Classic, finishing eighth (2:16.26).

2010 (Freshman): Indoor: Made an immediate impact on the middle distance crew as a true freshman...opened the indoor season at the Niswonger Invitational (Jan. 22-23) with an eighth place finish in the 800 meters with a time of 2:20.62...set a personal best of 2:18.75 to take third place in the 800 meters at the MTSU Invitational (Feb. 5-6)...set a new personal best at the SoCon Championships (Feb. 26-27) in the 800-meter preliminaries with a time of 2:15.10 before placing fourth and earning All-Freshman honors in the finals with a time of 2:16.45. Outdoor: Placed fourth in the 1500 meters at the BSC Invitational (March 13) before placing 10th in the 800 meters at the Alabama Relays (March 25-28) with a personal best time of 2:16.55...set a new personal best in the 1500 meters at the Pepsi Florida Relays (April 2-3) with a time of 4:40.50...ran a personal best of 2:13.89 in the 800 meters at the Ole Miss Invitational (April 10)...took fourth place and earned All-Freshman honors at the SoCon Championships (April 23-24) with a time of 2:14.09 in the 800 meters.

High School: Her personal bests include 2:13 in the 800 meters, 4:40 in the 1500 meters and 18:48 in the 5.2K.

Personal: Born July 19, 1991...daughter of Bill and Janet Benson ... majoring in nursing.
