2011 (Junior): Indoor: Competed in five meets ... took the bronze medal at the SoCon Championships in the 3,000 meters, earning a personal-best mark of 10:10.07 ... also set a personal best in the 5,000 meters, placing ninth (18:22.41) ... ran a collegiate-best 5:11.27 in the mile run at the Tiger Tune Up, finishing third ... finished second in the 3,000 meters at the JRF Combined meet (10:17.15) and third at the Blue Raider Invite (10:21.85) ... finished second in the unseeded mile run at the Niswonger Invite (5:16.93) ... ran the lead leg on the distance medley relay that finished third at the SoCon Championships (12:05.23). Outdoor: Competed in four meets ... set a new personal-best in the 5,000 meters at the Alabama Relays (18:59.16) ... won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Tiger Track Classic (11:33.39).
2010 (Sophomore): Indoor: Ran the 3000 meters for the Bulldogs in the indoor season...improved her time in the 3000 meters at each meet she compete in...ran 11:15.08 at the Niswonger Invitational (Jan. 22-23) to begin the season...posted a time of 11:04.00 at the Tiger Paw Invitational (Feb. 12-13) before ending the season with a season-best of 10:47.25 at the SoCon Indoor Championships (Feb. 26-27). Outdoor: Competed mostly in the 5000 meters in the outdoor season...started the season at the BSC Invitational (March 13) running the 800 meters in 2:32.90 and the 1500 meters in 5:12.95...posted a personal best of 1:25.90 in the 5000 meters at the Alabama Relays (March 25-28) then improved on the personal best with a time of 19:14.96 at the Pepsi Florida Relays (April 2-3)...placed 14th with a new personal best of 19:00.69 at the Ole Miss Invitational (April 10)...ended the season at the SoCon Outdoor Championships (April 23-24) with a time of 19:55.08 in the 5000 meters.
2009 (Freshman): Indoor: Took fourth place in the 5000 meters at the TSU Invitational (Jan. 31) with a time of 19:12.61 ... grabbed fourth place in the 3000 meters at the Sewanee Invitational (Feb. 7) with a time of 11:09.05 before setting a personal best in the same event at the Tiger Paw Invitational (Feb. 13-14) with a time of 10:44.68 ... took first and earned All-Freshman and All-SoCon honors in the 3000 meters at the Southern Conference Indoor Championships with a personal best time of 10:37.40 ... earned All-Freshman and All-SoCon honors with a win in the 5000 meters with a personal best time of 18:33.55, ranking her fifth in the overall conference standings. Outdoor: Opened the outdoor season with a win in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the BSC Invitational (March 14) with a time of 11:32.54 ... ran a personal best and came in third in the steeplechase at the Alabama Relays (March 26-29) with a time of 11:24.31, ranking her fifth in the conference standings ... won the steeplechase at the APSU Governers Invitational (April 4) with a time of 11:25.98 ... came in second in the same event at the Auburn Invitational (April 17-18) ... earned All-Freshman honors with a sixth place finish in the steeplechase at the SoCon Outdoor Championships (April 25-26).
High School: Named the 2006 Junior Athlete of the Year and the 2007 Rookie of the Year ... named the Most Valuable Player in track in 2007-08 ... named the MVP in track and cross country from 2004-06 ... 2005 MVP in swimming ... 2008 Ontario Steeplechase bronze medalist ... named the Exemplary Catholic Student in 2006-07 ... was on the honor roll from 2004-08 ... received the highest mark in physical education in 2005-07 and in Canadian Law and geography in 2007 ... received the Principal's Award for Leadership.
