2012 (Senior): Started 31 matches as the team’s primary setter … earned 1,332 assists, which is the third-highest single season total in Samford history … finished her career ranked fourth all-time with 3,721 assists … earned a career-best 71 assists in a five-set victory at Wofford on Oct. 28 … named the Georgia State Invitational MVP … had ten double-doubles, with eight of them coming in conference play … earned a personal-best seven kills twice last season, first at Alabama on Sept. 11 and then against Elon on Nov. 2.

2011 (Junior): Started all 34 matches as the team's primary setter ... led the conference and ranked fourth in the nation averaging 12.03 assists per set ... set the single-season assists record at Samford with 1,431, which moves her to fifth all-time in career assists with 2,389 ... led the team with eight double-doubles, including in the five-set NCAA Tournament match versus Cincinnati (48 assists, 11 digs) ... was second on the team in service aces with 32 ... had a match-high 58 assists in three consecutive games, closing out the regular season versus Western Carolina (Nov. 12) and Appalachian State (Nov. 13) and then in the first round of the SoCon Tournament against Davidson (Nov. 19) ... had a season-best four aces twice, first against Alabama A&M (Sept. 2) and then again versus Wofford (Oct. 29) ... was named to the Bethune-Cookman All-Tournament team.

2010 (Sophomore): One of only three players to start every match for the Bulldogs in 2010...shared the starting setter duties with teammate Hillary Fountain and took on a more consistent role as the setter towards the end of the season...played in 109 sets and led the team in assists with 688 (6.31 aps)...ranked eighth in the conference in assists...ranked second on the team in service aces with 27 on the season and third in digs with 212...already ranks eighth on the all-time career assists leaderboard with 958 in two seasons as a Bulldog...notched several career highs over the season...posted a career highs in kills (3), attempts (8), solo blocks (1) and block assists (3) against College of Charleston (Nov. 19) in the first round of the SoCon Tournament in Boone, N.C....posted a career high of 53 assists in the Bulldogs' five-set upset victory over Furman in front of a home crowd on Oct. 23.

2009 (Freshman): Saw action in every match for the Bulldogs as a freshman...led the team in service aces with 37 on the year...posted 29 aces in conference play, putting her first in the conference standings...split time at setter with starter Hillary Fountain...posted a team second-best total of 270 assists...ranked fourth on the team in digs with 181...turned in her best performance on Oct. 14 at Troy...she posted career-high 33 assists along with two kills and one block assist.

Club: Played six years for MAVA . . . her teams never finished lower than third at AAU Nationals and fifth at the Junior Olympics in the Open Division . . . helped her team win the consolation division at the 2009 JVCA 18-Open National Championships . . . named to the JVDA Wisconsin Dells All-Tournament team in 2008 . . . her team won the 2008 Wisconsin Dells Tournament, and was third at the 2008 AAU Nationals and 2008 JVDA Nationals . . . her team took third place at the 2007 AAU Nationals and fifth at the 2007 Junior Olympics . . . named to the Junior Olympic All-Tournament team in 2006 and 2007 . . . was a part of the 15s 2006 National Championship team and the runner-up squad at the 2006 Junior Olympics . . . her team was the runner-up at the 2005 AAU Nationals and third in the 2005 Junior Olympics . . . was an AAU All-American three ­consecutive years.

High School: Her Mercy Academy squad won nine championships, including district and regional championships each year and the 2008 Kentucky State Championship . . . was captain of the varsity team . . . named Most Valuable Player at the Kentucky State Tournament in 2008 . . . received All-State first-team honors and was the sixth region Player of the Year . . . named ESPN's Athlete of the Week Nov. 5, 2008 . . . was first-team All-State Tournament . . . named to the All-District team and the Tampa Berkeley Prep All-Tournament team . . . named to the All-Region team as a starting sophomore varsity setter in 2006 . . . was the setter for the black team in the inaugural Under-Armour All-America High School Volleyball Match and Skills Competition in 2008.

Personal: Born Feb. 23, 1991 . . . daughter of Ken Garvey and Christy Bryant . . . her brothers Eric and Todd played volleyball at University of Kentucky . . . majoring in fitness and health promotion with a minor in nutrition.
