2014 (Redshirt Senior): Indoor: Competed in five meets…recorded a personal best of 4:50.83 in the mile at the Samford Multi & Invitational on February 7…turned in a season best time of 9:39.75 in the 3,000 meters at the Hilton Garden Invitational on January 31…Outdoor: Competed in seven meets…turned in a personal best time of 4:27.43 in the 1,500 meters at the Alabama vs. Mississippi Border Clash on April 11…recorded a season best time of 2:15.44 in the 800 meters at the Battle of I-65 on March 15…notched a season best time of 17:21.30 in the 5,000 meters at the SoCon Outdoor Championships on April 27.

2013 (Redshirt Junior): Indoor: Competed in four meets … was named the 2013 SoCon Women's Most Outstanding Athlete and the Women's Track Athlete of the Year … won three SoCon titles, earning gold in the mile run (4:57.60), 3,000 (9:51.06) and 5,000 meters (17:05.48) … her 5,000-meter finish at the conference championship is a personal best and ranks second all-time at Samford … never finished lower than fifth in any race during the season.  Outdoor: Competed in five meets … was the runner-up in the 1,500 meters at the SoCon Championships, finishing second in 4:31.30 … set a new PR in the 5,000 meters at the Raleigh Relays, finishing in 16:27.94 which ranks second all-time at Samford.

2012 (Junior): Redshirted

2011 (Sophomore): Indoor: Competed in four meets during the season ... won a SoCon championship in the mile run, crossing the line in 4:59.79 ... won the mile run at the JRF Combined meet, setting a new PR at 4:54.25 ... won the 3,000 meters twice, first at the Blue Raider Invite (10:05.01) and again at the Niswonger Invite (9:59.14) ... finished second in the 800 meters at the JRF Combined meet (2:18.20) and at the Niswonger Invite (2:15.00), setting a new PR at the latter ... anchored the distance medley relay that finished third at the SoCon Championships (12:05.23). Outdoor: Competed in six meets ... scored in two events at the SoCon Championships, placing fourth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (11:00.02) and fifth in the 1,500 meters (4:38.38) ... set a new school record in the 3,000 meters with a winning time of 9:49.47 at the Tiger Track Classic ... set personal bests in the 800 (2:14.25) and 1,500 meters (4:32.53) at the Clemson Final Qualifier ... finished in the top four in all but two races.

2010 (Freshman): Indoor: One of the top performers for the Samford women as a true freshman...opened the indoor season with a fourth place finish in the 800 meters at the Niswonger Invitational (Jan. 22-23) with a time of 2:18.56...took second place in the mile with a time of 5:03.87 at the MTSU Invitational (Feb. 5-6)...came in eighth in the same event with a time of 5:08.17 at the Tiger Paw Invitational (Feb. 12-13)...rounded out the indoor season with a personal best of 2:17.17 in the 800 meters at the SoCon Indoor Championships (Feb. 26-27) which earned her sixth place and All-Freshman honors. Outdoor: Took second in the 1500 mters at the BSC Invitational (March 13) to open the outdoor season... came in 10th in the 1500 meters with a time of 4:44.00 at the Alabama Relays (March 25-28)...set a personal best and took 12th place with a time of 2:14.95 in the 800 meters at the Pepsi Florida Relays (April 2-3)...came in third in the 1500 meters with a time of 4:40.97 at the Ole Miss Invitational (April 10)...finished the season with an eighth place finish in the 1500 meters with a time of 4:50.17 at the SoCon Outdoor Championships (April 23-24).

High School: An Alabama bronze medalist in the 800 meters and 1600 meters ... MVP all four years of high school ... All-State in cross country ... holds personal bests of 2:17.42 in the 800 meters, 5:07.04 in the 1600 meters and 18:43.88 in the 5K.

Personal: Born June 6, 1991...daughter of Greg and Rose D'Alessio ... major is undecided.
