2014 (Junior): Indoor: Competed in four meets…recorded a personal best 5:09.68 in the mile at the Southern Miss Cupid Classic on February 14…turned in a season best time of 10:15.33 in the 3,000 meters at the Samford Multi and Invitational on February 8…Outdoor: Competed in five meets…recorded a personal best time of 4:45.67 in the 1,500 meters at the Tiger Classic on April 4…posted a season best time of 10:30.50 in the 3,000 meters at the Battle of I-65 on March 15…turned in a season best time of 17:57.05 in the 5,000 meters at the Raleigh Relays on March 28.

2013 (Sophomore): Indoor: Competed in five meets … set new personal bests in the 3,000 (10:15.48) and 5,000 meters (17:40.48) … her 5,000-meter time ranks fourth all-time at Samford and her 3,000-meter time ranks sixth.  Outdoor: Competed in two meets, running a 5k at the Raleigh Relays (18:35.06) and competing in the 10k at the SoCon Championships (38:42.59).

2012 (Freshman): Did not compete.

High School: Was a member of the first-place 1,600-meter relay team at the 2009 WECSSAA Championships ... placed third in the 800, 1,500 and 3,000 meters in the 2010 WECSSAA Track and Field Championships and improved her standings to second in every event the following season ... placed sixth in the 1,500 meters and seventh in the 3,000 meters at the 2011 OFSAA Track and Field Championships ... was third in the 1,500 meters at the 2011 OFSAA West Regionals ... nominated for the Royal Arcanum Award ... 2010 WECSSAA Senoir girls champion in cross country ... helped lead her team to 2010 cross country titles in the WECSSA, SWOSSAA and OFSAA ... her club cross country team finished eighth at the 2010 Canadian Junior Nationals ... helped her club team to a second place finish, placing eighth individually, at the Athletics Ontario Junior Cross Country Championships ... 2010-11 Vincent Massey Senior Girl Athlete of the Year ... 2010 Vincent Massey Cross Country MVP.

Personal: Born August 28, 1992 ... daughter of Mark and Susan Bernard ... has two brothers, Darren and Dennis ... majoring in exercise science.
