2014 (Senior): Outdoor: Competed in six meets…tallied a season best 43.37m in the discus at the SoCon Outdoor Championships on April 26…recorded a season best throw of 46.58m in the hammer throw at the SoCon Outdoor Championships…tallied a season best 39.70m in the javelin at the Battle of I-65 on March 15.

2013 (Junior): Indoor: Did not compete.  Outdoor: Competed in six meets … scored points in three events at the SoCon Championships, placing fourth in the discus (136-9, 41.70m), sixth in the javelin (116-11, 35.64m) and seventh in the hammer throw (157-1, 47.88m) … the hammer throw mark is a personal best and ranks third all-time at Samford … set a meet record in the javelin at the BSC Southern Invite, winning with a throw of 136-5 (41.57m).

2012 (Sophomore): Indoor: Competed in five meets … set a personal best in the shot put at the SoCon Championships (36-3.5, 11.06m) and the weight throw at the UAB Invitational (44-9, 13.64m).  Outdoor: Competed in seven meets … scored team points in three events at the SoCon Championships placing fourth in the hammer throw (154-10, 47.19m) and javelin (133-9, 40.77m) and sixth in the discus (133-7, 40.73m) … won the discus at both the BSU Invitational (138-6, 42.23m) and Samford Multi (139-0, 42.37m) … set personal bests in the shot put (34-10.5, 10.63m) and javelin (136-5, 41.58m).

2011 (Freshman): Indoor: Competed in three meets ... set a then-school record in the weight throw at the SoCon Championships, placing 10th (44-5, 13.42m) ... finished fifth at the Blue Raider Invite (41-1.5, 12.53m) and 16th at the JRF Combined meet (38-9, 11.81m). Outdoor: Competed in six meets ... set two school records, throwing 148-7 (45.29m) in the hammer throw and 144-1 (43.92m) in the discus ... scored in three events at the SoCon Championships, placing second in the javelin (132-7, 40.42m) and fifth in the hammer throw (148-7, 45.29m) and discus (132-1, 40.25m) ... won the javelin at the season-opening Southern Invite (131-3.5, 40.02m).

High School: Five-time track champion with Bayside Academy and was part of the 2007 Alabama Volleyball State Championship team at Bayside as well...received the Socratic Award as senior.

Personal: Born July 31, 1991...daughter of Arthur and Wonda Builta...father, Arthur, played football at the U.S. Naval Academy...majoring in biochemistry.
