2015 SoCon All-Freshman Team

2016 (Sophomore): Played in 18 games and recorded 11 starts for the Bulldogs…hit .167 that included seven hits with a pair of doubles and two walks…drove in three runs and scored five times…tallied 53 putouts with one assist for a 1.000 fielding percentage.

2015 (Freshman): Played in 47 games with 42 starts at first base for the Bulldogs during her freshman campaign…ripped 34 hits in 126 at bats to score 10 runs and push across 15 RBI…tallied 11 total extra base hits which included seven doubles, two triples and a pair of home runs…drew three walks and five hit by pitch at bats…recorded a team leading 286 put outs with six assists while only committing four errors for a .986 fielding percentage…recorded her first career hit in her for collegiate start on Feb. 6, against Miami (Ohio) that was scored a double…smashed her first career home run against Alabama at home on Feb. 11…longest personal hit streak of the season lasted seven games.

High School: Played first base for head coach Jan Jones at LaGrange high school...Spinks lettered four years and was tabbed the team's offensive player of the year...earned most vaulable player during her junior and senior campaigns to go along with being a three-year all-state honorable mention...tabbed first-team all-state her senior season with a batting average of .507...member of the 2009 regional championship team...in 2010 member of the ASA Georgia state chamopionship team...member of the 2010 Adidas All-Star team...2013 earned fourth place at Premier Nationals.

Personal: Full name is Averi Karsin Spinks...born on February 24, 1996...daughter of Joey and Sheila Spinks...has two brothers, Mac and Cameron...majoring in pre physical therapy.
