2021 (Spring): Saw no game action . . . participated with the Bulldogs’ scout team. 

High School: Prepped at Philadelphia High School in Mississippi . . . in his final two seasons, passed for 5,400 yards and 48 touchdowns . . . as a senior, was named first team All-State, District Offensive MVP, Wendy’s Mississippi Giant of the Week, Farm Bureau Player of the Week, and was selected as a Meridian Star’s Premiere Preps Team Member as well as being selected to play in the Bernard Blackwell All-Star game . . . also played basketball, earning team MVP honors.
