Samford University Athletics

Rocky Sabbatini is entering his 17th ­season as Football Video Coordinator. 

He is responsible for the filming and editing of all practices and games as well as video exchange with ­opponents. He maintains a video library that includes games, practices, and opponent video as well as managing the electronic and camera equipment.  

His other duties with the football program consist of setting up meeting rooms for road games, making weekly pregame motivational videos and handling all the video needs for the coaching staff on a daily basis. 

Prior to Samford, Sabbatini served as a video assistant with the Atlanta Falcons from 2003-2008.  Before his stint with the Falcons, ­Sabbatini was with the St. Louis Rams during the 2002 NFL season as a video intern. 

Sabbatini is a 2002 graduate of ­Southeast Missouri State University. He and his wife, Breanna, have a son, Joey, and a daughter, Charlee Paige.
