High School: Prepped at Madison Academy in Madison, Alabama . . . as a senior, led his team to a 4A Region 7 Championship, and a spot in the 4A state title game . . . as a junior, led his squad to an 11-2 record, region title, and a spot in the AHSAA 3A state quarterfinals . . . named first team All-Region.
