Biography

Southern Mississippi: A 6-5 guard/forward from Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Smith joins the Bulldogs after his time at the University of Southern Mississippi. Smith played in four games in an injury shortened 2019-20 campaign for the Golden Eagles, scoring a career-high 10 points versus Tulane.  
 
High School: One of the top prospects out of the state of Florida as a freshman, Smith was ranked as high as No. 25 in the sunshine state by MaxPreps. As a senior, the 6-5 guard/forward averaged 18.0 points, 10.2 rebounds and 5.1 assists per game to help lead Northeast High School to the district title. He also played at Cardinal Gibbons HS earlier in his prep career.
