Samford University Athletics

Matthew Powell is in the midst of his third season as a member of the Samford basketball program and his first year as the team’s video coordinator. Prior to graduating from Samford University in the spring of 2014, Powell served as the Bulldogs’ team manager.
 
Powell, who was a critical member of the basketball staff as the team manager, excelled in the day-to-day operations of the department and was named the video coordinator by Head Coach Scott Padgett.
