Will Drescher joined the Samford basketball staff prior to the 2024-25 season as the team's video coordinator.
Drescher joins the Bulldogs after spending a year as an assistant coach at the New College of Florida. There he oversaw the programs inaugural season as the teams head scout, director of recruiting and player development.Â
He was a student manager for Bruce Pearl at Auburn for three seasons and was the teams head manager during his final season during the 2022-23 season. Drescher attended Mississippi College where he was a member of the men's basketball program team 2018-20. He graduated from Auburn with a degree in History, with a minor in Sports Coaching.
