Veteran guard who can both make the 3-point shot and beat defenders off the dribble . . . solid one-on-one defender . . . has excellent quickness . . . will be counted on to provide a scoring punch . . . makes good use of the pull-up jump shot.
 
Junior (2010–11): Earned playing time in all 31 games and made 12 starts at the point guard position . . . averaged 4.2 points per contest and 1.9 rebounds per outing . . . logged an average of 17.9 minutes per game and turned in a 35.6 shooting percentage from the field . . . tallied a second straight career-high performance in scoring on Nov. 27, as he registered 20 points on 6-of-8 shooting from the field against Georgia State . . . was also 3-for-4 from 3-point range and 5-of-7 from the free-throw line . . . scored a then career-high 15 points on 4-of-7 shooting from the field and paced the Bulldogs’ offense against Jacksonville (Nov. 24) . . . also connected on a career-high four 3-point baskets in a season-high 28 minutes of playing time . . . turned in a solid all-around game at Western Carolina on Feb. 12, as he scored nine points on 3-of-4 shooting from the field . . . also pulled down three rebounds and handed out an assist in 25 minutes of playing time . . . made his first start of the season against UT Arlington on Dec. 11 and finished the game with six points, two rebounds, two assists and a steal . . . also played 29 minutes in the 68-60 win . . . earned his third varsity letter.
 
Sophomore (2009–10): Played a key role in Samford’s offense that finished the season ranked No. 35 in the nation in 3-point field goals per game with eight per contest . . . earned playing time in 30 of 31 games and started in seven contests . . . averaged 17.3 minutes per game and led the team in free-throw percentage (80.0) . . . earned playing time in all 18 Southern Conference games, starting in six . . . led the team with four assists in Samford’s 60-54 home victory against Chattanooga Feb. 20 . . . scored a career-high 14 points on five-of-12 shooting from the field against Georgia Southern Feb. 22 . . . also played a career-high 32 minutes and was three for three from the free-throw line versus Georgia Southern . . . made the first start of his collegiate career Feb. 10 at Chattanooga as he helped spark Samford to a 78-54 victory . . . tallied seven points, four rebounds and a pair of assists . . . scored 11 points against Appalachian State Feb. 27 and finished 4-for-5 from the field . . . was also 3-for-4 from 3-point range and handed out three assists . . . scored nine points in the 50-49 win at Elon Jan. 21 . . . was 3-for-5 from 3-point range and made the game-winning 3-pointer with 15.1 seconds to play . . . finished with eight points on 3-of-6 shooting from the field against Wofford Feb. 13 . . . tallied a 2-for-2 outing from 3-point range and logged 28 minutes in the game . . . earned his second varsity letter.
 
Freshman (2008–09): Earned playing time in nine games as a true freshman and averaged 2.9 minutes per contest . . . finished the season with a 33.3 percent mark from 3-point range and a 1.000 shooting percentage from the free-throw line . . . finished with two points versus Spring Hill College Nov. 17, shooting two of two from the free-throw line . . . played in the first collegiate game of his career Nov. 14 and scored three points against Belmont . . . drained a 3-point bucket from the left flank on his only shot attempt of the season-opening contest . . . also pulled down a rebound in six minutes of play at Belmont . . . logged four minutes of game action versus Campbellsville Nov. 20 in Samford’s 73-54 home victory . . . earned playing time in preseason exhibition games against Covenant College and Tennessee Wesleyan . . . knocked down a pair of free throws versus Covenant College Nov. 6 and finished the contest with two points . . . earned his first varsity letter.
 
High School: Named a 2008 second-team 3A All-Louisiana performer . . . led Parkview Baptist High School to the 2007–08 District 8-3A championship . . . averaged 17.4 points, five rebounds, 4.4 assists and 2.4 steals per game as a senior . . . also turned in a 40 percent shooting mark from 3-point range . . . earned District 8-3A Defensive Most Valuable Player honors as a junior . . . received honorable mention Academic All-State accolades in 2008 . . . captained Parkview Baptist at a 20-15 record and an upset of top-seeded St. Louis Catholic High School in the second round of the 2008 Louisiana State playoffs . . . led the team to a 27-9 mark in 2006–07 and a state quarterfinal appearance in 2005–06 . . . was also a standout performer in track and field with a time of 10.98 in the 100-meter dash.
