Freshman (2016) - Competed in two meets for the Bulldogs...ran a 16:37.70 in his first collegiate race in the 5k event at the JSU Struts Cross Country meet in Jacksonville, AL and placed 53rd overall...ran a 28:20.00 in his first 8k event collegiately at the Alabama Crimson Classic.
High School: Ran under the guidance of Dr. John Rowland at North Gwinnett High School…three-time AAU Junior Olympic qualifier...2016 North Gwinnett Most Outstanding Middle Distance Runner...2015 North Gwinnett Cross Country Coach's Award…registered personal bests of 2:00.28 in the 800 meters and 4:40.57 in the 1,600 meters.
Personal: Born on Jan. 21,1997…son of Amy Cartwright…has one brother, J Calvin Cartwright, and two sisters, Claire Bousquet and Adair Cartwright…majoring in Biology.
