Biography
2012 (Freshman): Indoor: Competed in four meets … set a personal best in the pole vault at the SoCon Championship, adding a team point with an eighth-place finish (14-7.25, 4.45m). Outdoor: Competed in three meets … finished second at the Samford Multi (14-9, 4.50m) and third at the BSU Invitational (14-5.25, 4.40m).
High School: Four-time county pole vault champion ... 2008-09 best jumper award recipient ... 2009-10 best field event award winner ... 2010-11 most valuable field award winner ... holds school record in pole vault at 14-0 ... placed third in the 6A pole vault at the state track meet his senior season ... also earned varsity letters in football and cross country in 11th grade.
