2011 (Junior): Played in 23 games, starting 16 ... hit her first career home run on Feb. 12 against UAB, a two-run shot to tie the game in the top of the fourth ... also recorded hits in games Radford on Feb. 27 and Elon on April 17 ... came in to pinch hit in the April 17 game against Elon, hitting an RBI single with the bases loaded. 2010 (Sophomore): Played in 28 games and started 15...ended the season with a .167 batting average...played first base and designated player...got her first hit and run Feb. 14 against South Alabama, a game Samford won by a score of 11-2...recorded 92 putouts. 2009 (Freshman): Played in seven games, starting three . . . earned her first start at third base in the Bulldogs[apos] mid-season contest at Alabama . . . posted nine putouts. High School: Was ranked No. 1 in her class...a true utility player who has the tools, knowledge and experience to play anywhere on the field...started at SFHS at second base, shortstop and third base in each of her previous three seasons...gained experience as an outfielder competing for her ASA team, Seminole Gold...a leader on and off the field with her character, attitude and performance... also a threat at the plate...led both her high school team and her ASA team in hitting.
