Junior (2016) - Competed in five meets for the Bulldogs...ran a personal best, 16:22.62, in the 5k at the Southern Conference Championships and placed 1st overall...ran a personal best, 20:14.50, in the 6k at the NCAA South Regionals and placed 4th overall...ran at the NCAA Cross Country Championships, placed 107th with a time of 20:52.20.
Sophomore (2015) – Competed in five meets for the Bulldogs…ran a 13:34.2 in the 2-mile at the Samford Tri-Meet on Sept. 1…ran a season best 17:45.2 at the Crimson Classic 5k on Oct. 16…recorded a career high 8th place finish at the SoCon Championships on Oct. 31…ran a 22:59.7 in the 6k at the Rhodes College Invitational on Sept. 26.
Freshman (2014): Competed in six meets…ran a season best 17:41.80 in the 5K at the Southern Conference Championships and placed 12th overall…participated in the NCAA Division I South Region Championships and ran a 21:26.60 and placed 92nd overall…ran a 22:11.40 in a 6K at the Charlotte Invitational to place 2nd overall on Sept. 26th.
High School: Ran for head coach Rob Atkinson at T.R. Miller High School…named 2013 Alabama Gatorade Runner of the Year…AHSAA 3A Cross Country State Champion 2009-13…sports a personal record 17.55 in the 5K.
