2021-22 (Junior): Had a personal best in the 5K with a time of 18:06.9 at the North Alabama Showcase . . . placed 18^th at the 2021 Southern Conference Cross-Country Championships . . . on the track, competed in the 3,000 meters, placing eighth at the UAB Vulcan Invitational.
 
2020-21: Finished 11^th at the 2020 Southern Conference Cross-Country Championships . . . placed third at the Mercer Invitational.
 
2019-20 (Sophomore): Had a personal best in the 6K with a time of 21:30.2 at the UAB Blazer Classic . . . qualified for the NCAA South Regional.
 
2018-19 (Freshman): Had a season-best 5K time of 19:12.3 at the Southern Conference Cross-Country Championships . . . on the track, had a personal best in the indoor 3,000 meters at the UAB Blazer Invitational . . . also had personal bests in the mile at the South Alabama Jaguar Invitational and in the pole vault at the Southern Conference Indoor Championships . . . in the outdoor season, had personal bests in the 1,500 meters at BSC Hilltop Classic, the 5,000 meters at the Tiger Track Classic and the 10,000 meters at the SoCon Outdoor Championships.
 
High School: Prepped at Landmark Christian School in Georgia.
