High School: Led Blanche Ely High School to the 2012 Florida state championship title and was named the 7A Player of the Year . . . averaged 17.4 points and 7.3 rebounds per game as a senior and almost singlehandedly led his squad to the state championship title . . . in the final game of the state tournament, he exploded for 33 points and 14 rebounds to lead BEHS to the championship victory over Oak Ridge High School . . . tallied 22 points and nine rebounds in the semi-final round as Blanche Ely stormed through the state final four bracket . . . turned in a stellar season shooting performance of 63 percent from the field.
