2014 (Redshirt Sophomore): Indoor: Competed in four meets…turned in a season best time of 2:10.60 in the 800 meters at the Samford Multi & Invitational on February 8…notched a season best time of 5:09.33 in the mile at the Southern Miss Cupid Classic on February 14…Outdoor: Competed in seven meets…turned in a personal best of 2:09.45 in the 800 meters at the SoCon Outdoor Championships on April 26…posted a personal best time of 4:36.75 in the 1,500 meters at the Alabama vs. Mississippi Border Clash on April 11…tabbed a personal best time of 5:00.08 in the mile run at the Battle of I-65 on March 15.
2013 (Sophomore): Indoor: Competed in four meets … ran a personal-best 2:11.17 in the 800 meters at the Samford Multi … placed fourth in the 800 meters at the SoCon Championships (2:13.40) … set a new PR in the mile run at the Auburn Invitational, finishing in 5:03.74… ran third leg on the third-place distance medley relay at the SoCon Championships, finishing in 12:05.20. Outdoor: Redshirted.
2012 (Freshman): Indoor: Competed in five meets … earned a silver medal at the SoCon Championships in the 800 meters, finishing with a personal-best 2:13.36 … set a new PR in 400-meter dash at the season opening Birmingham Ice Breaker (1:00.92). Outdoor: Competed in five meets … placed sixth in the 800 meters at the SoCon Championships (2:15.56) … set a PR in the 800 meters in the SoCon Championship prelims (2:12.26) … finished eighth in the 400-meter dash at the Alabama Relays with a personal-best time of 1:00.07.
High School: Named to Best of Preps 8-12 ... set school record in the 800 meters (2:16.70) and as a member of the 1,600 and 3,200-meter relays ... finished fourth at the state meet in the 800 meters ... team named 2011 Regional Champions.
