High School: Pierce starred at Valley View High School and led the Blazers to three district, region and state championships . . . she proved to be a three-time All-Conference honorable mention performer and was named to the Under Armour Phenom List in 2017 . . . she closed out her highly successful varsity career with an impressive 108-9-1 overall record and led District 5A in blocks three years in a row with stellar totals of 106, 113 and 132 . . . she earned the title of Student Council President in 2017, and was also the Spanish Club Senior Representative and recipient of the History Award, as well as the Student-Athlete of the Month in October . . . she is a member of both the National Honor Society and the Rotary Club.
