TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The Samford women's tennis team will compete in the Roberta Alison Fall Classic, hosted by the University of Alabama this weekend.
Players from the following schools will compete in the event: Alabama, Alabama State, Auburn, Chattanooga, Clemson, DePaul, Georgia Tech, Kansas, Memphis, Mercer, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Samford, Troy, Tulane, UAB and West Alabama.
Action will start with doubles at 9 a.m., followed by singles both Friday and Saturday, with Sunday reserved as a rain day.
Samford will have four players competing in the tournament.
Arianna Beltrame,
Grace Jennings,
Amanda Kilduff and
Elsa Pool will represent Samford in the event.
In doubles, Beltrame and Pool will compete in the Leslie Grossman Draw. Jennings and Kilduff will play in the Monica Kervandjian Draw.
In singles, Pool will play in the Susan Carver Draw. Jennings will compete in the Patricia Morgan Draw. Beltrame will play in the Nancy Pate Draw, while Kilduff will compete in the Beth Marrow Draw.
