KINGSTON, R.I. – The Samford women's basketball team will conclude its current road swing with a game at Rhode Island Sunday at 1 p.m. (CT) at the Ryan Center.
Samford enters the game with a record of 1-2 on the young season. The Bulldogs are coming off a 57-52 loss at Harvard Friday night. Rhode Island is currently 1-3. The Rams lost, 75-43 to Pennsylvania Friday evening.
Samford is led in scoring by
Kassidy Blevins, averaging 14.3 points per game, and
Hannah Nichols, averaging 14.0 points per game. The Rams are led by Dominique Ward, averaging 9.0 points per game. Dina Motrechuk scores 8.8 points per game.
