FINAL RESULTS

SEVIERVILLE, Tenn.— The Samford men's golf team finished 10^th in the Bobby Nicholls Intercollegiate, hosted by Tennessee Tech at the Sevierville Golf Club, Sunday through Tuesday.

Samford finished the tournament with a three-round score of 911 (298-310-303). Western Kentucky won the event, firing a tournament total of 876 (288-297-291), while Murray State came in second at 879 (282-293-304).

Individually for Samford, senior Zach Hughes finished 18^th out of 78 golfers. Hughes fired a three-round total score of 223 (71-76-76). Aaron Walker tied for 27^th overall with a score of 227 (76-77-74).

Samford's Austin Jackson finished in a tie for 43^rd carding a 230 (75-81-74). Crawford Flach tied for 45^th with a score of 231 (76-76-79), while Jackson Seawell tied for 75^th at 246 (80-86-80).

Preston French of Murray State earned individual medalist honors, shooting a three-round score of 213 (67-75-71). Jared Gosser, also of Murray State, finished second with a score of 215 (69-67-79).

Samford will be in action again this weekend, when the Bulldogs participate in the Furman Intercollegiate, Friday through Sunday.
