DICKSON, Tenn.—The Samford men's golf team finished sixth in the F&M Bank APSU Intercollegiate, held Monday and Tuesday at Greystone Country Club (Par 72, 7,000 yds.).
Samford came in sixth with a three-round score of 890 (303-293-294). Missouri State (291-295-287) and UT Martin (292-292-289) tied for the top spot with identical final scores of 873.
Samford was led by Aaron Walker, placing eighth with a three-round score of 216 (73-72-71). Alec Stopperich (75-75-73) and Harlan Winn (77-72-74) both tied for 26th at 223. For full tournament results, click here: FULL FINAL RESULTS.
Samford will return to action on Oct. 23-24, when the Bulldogs host the 2017 Samford Intercollegiate at Greystone Golf and Country Club.
