Hannah Nichols is leading the team in scoring and rebounding so far this season, averaging 15.9 points and 5.7 rebounds per game. Sophomore Olivia Crozier averages 9.8 points and 4.8 boards per contest.
4). Samford sophomore Samantha Fitzgerald averages 7.8 points and 3.6 rebounds per game. Sophomore Charity Brown is averaging 6.8 points and 7.0 assists per game.
5). Senior
Hannah Nichols ranks second in school history in both 3-pointers made (221) and 3-pointers attempted (589). She also ranks fifth in program history in scoring (1,238), and sixth in field goals made (444), field goals attempted (1,020) and blocked shots (60).
TROY
1). Troy has a record of 5-3. The Trojans are coming off a 73-57 loss at Middle Tennessee Thursday evening.
2). Troy is led in scoring by Amanda Mendoza, averaging 12.4 points per game. Amber Rivers scores 11.6 points per game for the Trojans.
3). Sky'Lynn Holmes leads Troy in rebounding, pulling down 8.6 boards per contest. Rivers averages 5.0 rebounds per game.
4). Kayla Robinson leads Troy in assists, with an average of 2.9 per game.
5). As a team, Troy currently ranks fifth in the nation in scoring offense, averaging 89.4 points per game.
