SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The Samford women's basketball team will play its final road game of the 2016-17 regular season when the Bulldogs play at Wofford Saturday at 1 p.m. (CT) at Benjamin Johnson Arena.

Samford enters the game with a record of 10-17 overall and 3-9 in Southern Conference play. The Bulldogs are coming off a 53-48 loss at Furman Thursday night.
For the season,
Hannah Nichols leads Samford in scoring, averaging 13.6 points per game.
Kassidy Blevins scores 9.6 points per game for the Bulldogs.
Lydia McGee averages 4.4 rebounds per game since being cleared to play at the beginning of conference play.
Samantha Fitzgerald grabs 3.9 boards per contest.
Brittany Stevens is the team leader in assists, dishing out 2.9 assists per game.
Ellen Riggins averages 2.2 assists per game for the Bulldogs.
Wofford comes into Saturday afternoon's game with a record of 12-14 overall and 2-9 in Southern Conference play. The Terriers are coming off a 61-46 loss to Mercer Thursday evening.
The Terriers are led in scoring by Chloe Wanink, averaging 15.7 points per game. Kentra Washington scores 11.9 points per game.
Grayson Pinholster leads the team in rebounding, grabbing 7.6 boards per contest. Wanink averages 5.9 rebounds per game.
Sarah Traynor leads Wofford in assists, dishing out 4.8 assists per game. Maria Corella averages 2.5 assists per game for the Terriers.
Samford and Wofford will be meeting for the 23rd time, with Samford holding a 20-2 advantage in the series. The teams met earlier this season, on Jan. 19 in the Pete Hanna Center. Samford earned a 57-54 victory in the earlier meeting. The teams played each other three times last season, with Samford winning all three meetings.
