FIRST ROUND RESULTS (PDF)

SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. -- The Samford women's golf team got off to a tremendous start Sunday as the Bulldogs are in a tie for first place as a team after round one of the Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate.

Samford sits at 289 (+5) and the Bulldogs share the lead with Eastern Kentucky.
 
Samford's Sophie Membrino shot a one under 70 featuring four birdies to get a share of the lead in the individual leaderboard as well. Also, Samford's Emily Uhland shot an even par 71 and is sitting in a tie for third individually.
