BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Samford baseball team earned its third NCAA Tournament bid by winning the SoCon Tournament Sunday, and the Bulldogs were assigned to the NCAA Starkville Regional Monday afternoon.
 
Samford will take on the host and No. 7 national seed Mississippi State Bulldogs Friday at 2 p.m. (CT).
 
Tickets for the regional will go on sale via www.hailstate.com/tickets and over the phone on Tuesday, June 1, at 8 a.m. Reserved seats are only available to MSU's Bulldog Club members.
 
Also on sale at that time will be the standing room only and grass berm areas that will be open to the general public. All-session tickets for the SRO/GA areas will be $60.
 
The MSU ticket office will be closed Monday, May 31 in observance of Memorial Day but will reopen at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, June 1. To purchase tickets or more information contact the MSU ticket office at 1-888-GO-DAWGS.
 
Single-game tickets will be available starting Friday, June 4. Gates will open 90 minutes prior to the first pitch of each game.
