BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Samford Athletics Department announced its game-day promotions schedule for the upcoming 2024 season on Monday.
 
A few of the highlights of the promotions schedule are detailed below.
 
We will host a Pups at the Park day on Saturday, March 23^rd against VMI. Fans can bring their puppies to help cheer on the Bulldogs in honor of National Puppy Day. There will also be a donation drive and adoption event at the game, hosted by GBHS. Pup Cups and bandanas will also be available for all dogs in attendance.
 
The Tuesday, March 26 game against Mississippi State will be Greek Night and the Sam Lot student shirt giveaway. All Greeks are invited to tailgate at the game.
 
Children's Book Day will take place at the April 2 game against Alabama. We will be honoring local libraries for National Children's Book Day.
 
The Sunday, April 28 game against Liberty will be Kids Day at Joe Lee Griffin Field. Kids get in FREE, and they can dress as their favorite superhero for a chance to win prizes.
 
Additionally, for every weekend series, prior to the games, teams or youth groups will be invited to run out with their favorite players for the National Anthem.
 
New for this season, fans can purchase punch cards for $75, giving them two guaranteed tickets to all SEC home games plus 32 unique entrances to all remaining games. For more ticket information, please go to www.SamfordTickets.com.
 
A full list of the promotions scheduled for this season is below. Samford opens the 2024 season by playing host to Queens on Feb. 16. The game is set for a 4 p.m. start from Joe Lee Griffin Field.

Every Weekend / before each game	Anthem Buddies	Come out and join the players on the field pregame and run out with your favorite Samford player for the national anthem.
