BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The Samford softball team started a three-game Southern Conference series with Wofford tonight where they celebrated six seniors prior to the game. The Bulldogs were able to hold their ceremony and play half an inning before the night was called off due to inclement weather.

The two sides plan to meet tomorrow beginning at 1 p.m. if weather permits with the plan of playing two games. The two sides sit tied for third in the SoCon, as the conference tournament begins next week.
