BIRMINGHAM, Ala. –Each week during the 2025 season, we will release The Chris Hatcher Show. The show, hosted by Brad Radice and featuring head football coach Chris Hatcher, will look back at the previous week's football game and look forward to the upcoming contest.
 
Last week, the Bulldogs opened the 2025 season with a 34-3 loss to West Georgia. Samford looks to bounce back this week as the Bulldogs open Southern Conference play by playing host to The Citadel Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at Pete Hanna Stadium.
