Biography
2022-23 (Freshman): In cross-country had a personal best 5K time of 16:20.0 at the Jacksonville State Foothills Invitational . . . also had personal bests in the 8K (25:02.8) at the Southern Conference Championships and in the 10K (32:26.5) at the NCAA Regionals . . . on the track, placed seventh in the 10,000 meters with a time of 32:21.65 at the SoCon Outdoor Championships.

High School: Prepped at Calvary Christian High School in Georgia . . . was a four-time cross-country state champion . . . on the track, won two state titles in the 3200 meters, and one each in the 1600 meters and 800 meters . . . was a two-time All-Bi City Runner of the Year . . . was a team captain all four years in cross-country and all three years of track and field . . . holds the school record in cross-country, as well as the track school marks in the 5K (indoor and outdoor), 1600 meters outdoor, 3200 meters outdoor and the 800 meters outdoor.
