Previous College: Spent time at defensive line and fullback during his time at Vanderbilt . . . played in 10 games at both defensive tackle and on special teams in 2013 . . . in 2015, saw action in 11 games as a blocking fullback for the Commodores.

High School: Was a two-year captain at East Paulding High School . . . was a three-year defensive line starter for one of top teams in the Atlanta area... as senior tackle, earned MVP honors posting 65 total tackles, 36 solo tackles and four sacks for an 11-2 Raider squad that advanced to AAAA state quarterfinals . . . named to Georgia’s Top 75 seniors by Atlanta Journal-Constitution and First Team All-Region as senior . . . helped the 2011 defense post five shutouts... participated in Army All-American Combine as junior . . .  was the vice president of his senior class.

Personal: Son of Eddie and Tiffany Banks . . . he is working on his M.S.E. in Educational Leadership: Policy, Organizations and Leadership.
