High School: Prepped under coach David Yates…four-time qualifier for the AHSAA state cross-country meet…three-time qualifier for the AHSAA indoor and outdoor state track meets…selected team captain as a senior…named Outdoor Track Most Valuable Runner in the spring of his senior year…recorded personal bests of 2:03 in the 800 meters, 4:34 in the 1,600 meters, 10:05 in the 3,200 meters and 16:03 in the 5K.
