BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Samford men's tennis team hosted the second of two Samford Invitationals Friday through Sunday at the Samford Tennis Center.
 
UAB, North Alabama and Jacksonville State joined Samford in the tournament.
 
In singles for Samford, Darcy Nicholls and Yerrassyl Murat earned two wins apiece.  In doubles, Maxwell Giddens and Sandeep Mohandoss posted a perfect 2-0 record.
 
Samford will return to action, Oct. 12-17, when the Bulldogs compete in the Southern Regional Championships, hosted by Auburn University.
