GAME NOTES--SAMFORD AT GEORGIA STATE (PDF)
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Samford soccer team will travel to Atlanta to take on the Georgia State Panthers Thursday evening at 6 p.m. at the Georgia State Soccer Complex.
Samford and Georgia State have met eight previous times, with Georgia State holding a 5-2-1 series lead. The teams last met in 2014, with the Bulldogs earning a 2-1 win over the Panthers.
Samford enters Thursday night's game with a record of 1-2-1. The Bulldogs earned a 1-0 win at Jacksonville State last Thursday.

Brooklyn Miller have one goal each.

Sarah Holland have an assist each for the Bulldogs.

Peyton Hull has posted a goals against average of 1.50 in 360 minutes in goal. She has posted two shutouts so far this season, posting clean sheets against Auburn and Jacksonville State.
Georgia State enters Thursday night's game with a record of 3-2 so far this season. The Panthers are coming off a 3-0 loss at South Carolina on Sunday.
So far this season, Georgia State has been led by Hina Suzuki with four goals. Goalkeeper Ariana Anderson has a 1.04 goals against average in 434 minutes in goal.
