Samford Baseball To Take On LSU In Fall Games In Biloxi

BILOXI, Miss. – The Biloxi Shuckers have announced that the Samford Bulldogs and LSU Tigers will meet at Keesler Federal Park for two fall baseball exhibition matchups as part of the Hancock Whitney Coast Classic.

The LSU-Samford exhibition games will be played at 3 p.m. CT on Saturday, October 31, and at 1 p.m. CT on Sunday, November 1 in Biloxi, Mississippi.

"LSU is the gold standard for college baseball with the job Coach (Jay) Johnson and his staff do," Samford head coach Tony David said. "This is a great opportunity for our guys to compete against the best in front of huge crowds in an incredible venue in my hometown of Biloxi. It will be a lot of baseball over two days that will allow us to get better fast."
