2022-23 (Junior): Ran a personal-best 5K at the Jacksonville State Foothills Invitational, running the course in 16:21.7 . . . also ran a personal best time of 26:01.6 in the 8K at the Louisville Cross-Country Classic . . . placed eighth in the 5,000 meters at the Samford Alabama Track Challenge.

2021-22 (Sophomore): Competed in four cross-country meets, posting a season-best 8K time of 26:40.6 at the UAB Blazer Classic . . . on the track, turned in personal best times of 8:57.76 in the 3,000 meters in the Samford Bulldog Invitational.

2020-21 (Freshman): In cross-country, competed in two meets, the Mercer Invitational and the Southern Conference Championships . . . in track, ran a personal best 15:27.67 in the 5,000 meters at the UAB Spring Invitational.

High School: Prepped at Auburn High School . . . was a standout in both cross-country and track and field.
