Overall: Helped lead the team to a SoCon Outdoor championship in 2023.
2022-23 (Freshman): Won the 3,000 meters at the Samford Bulldog Invitational . . . came in third in the 5,000 meters at the Samford Alabama Track Challenge . . . had a personal best time of 17:29.54 in the 5,000 meters at the Crimson Tide Invitational . . . turned in a personal best time of 37:31.75 in the 10,000 meters at the Southern Conference Outdoor Championships.
2021-22 (Freshman): Finished 13th in the 3,000 meters at the Samford Bulldog Invitational.
Previous College: Posted a 5:06.33 performance in the 1,500 meters at the Charlotte Invitational for the Davidson College team . . . also competed in the 1500m at the Vertklasse Meeting . . . Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
High School: A 2020 graduate of nearby Homewood High School . . . was coached by current Samford assistant coach Tom Esslinger as a member of the cross country and track teams . . . was the Alabama 6A State Indoor Champion in the 3200 (2019) . . . earned All-State placement honors at the Alabama 6A XC Champs (2018) . . . helped lead her team to eight total Alabama 6A cross country, indoor and outdoor team titles.
