2022-23 (Freshman): Ran a personal best 17:22.9 in the 5K at the Jacksonville State Foothills Invitational . . . turned in a personal best 8K time of 27:25.5 at the North Alabama Showcase . . . on the track, turned in personal bests in the indoor 3,000 meters, indoor mile and outdoor 5,000 meters. High School: Prepped at nearby Homewood High School . . . was named All-State in cross-country in 2020, and was a team captain in 2022 . . . helped lead his track and field teams to an outdoor state championship in 2019 and an indoor runner-up finish in 2021.
