Overall: Helped lead her teams to Southern Conference Indoor championships in 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 . . . also was a part of outdoor titles in 2021, 2022 and 2023 . . . her mother, Beth Strozier ran track at Samford in the early 1990s, and her sister, Mary Grace Strozier is a 2021 Samford graduate and former member of the track and field team. 

2022-23 (Senior): In cross-country, produced personal bests in the 4K, 5K and 6K races . . . ran the 4K in 15:20.1 at the Jacksonville State Foothills Invitational . . . finished the 5K in a time of 18:04.9 at the Southern Conference Championships . . . at the NCAA South Regional Championships, ran the 6K in 21:29.4 . . . in track, won the 800 meters at the Samford Alabama Track Challenge with a time of 2:10.94 . . . finished second in the 800 meters at the Southern Conference Outdoor Championships with a personal best time of 2:09.37.
 
2021-22 (Junior): At the Southern Conference Indoor Championships, came in second in both the 800 meters and the distance medley relay . . . at the SoCon Outdoor Championships, placed third in the 800 meters and fifth in the 4x400 meter relay.
 
2020-21 (Sophomore): Had a season-best cross-country time of 19:12.0, placing 23^rd at the Southern Conference Cross-Country Championships . . . won the indoor mile at the Samford Bulldog Open, and won the indoor 800 meters at the Samford Bulldog Invite . . . was a part of the 4x400 meter relay first-place team at the Southern Conference Indoor Championships . . . finished fourth in the 800 meters at the SoCon Outdoor Championships.
 
2019-20 (Freshman): In cross-country had a season-high finish of sixth at the Montevallo Falcon Classic . . . had a season-best time of 18:19.9 in the Wingfoot Cross-Country Classic . . . in the COVID-shortened track season, won the mile in the Samford Bulldog Open with a time of 5:07.43 . . . also finished second in the 800 meters at the Samford Invite with a time of 2:17.14.
 
High School: Prepped at nearby Pelham High School.
