BIRMINGHAM, Ala.—Season tickets for Samford's upcoming football season went on sale Friday, July 1, the department announced this morning.
 
Samford football will play five home games this season, beginning with a matchup with Mars Hill on Thursday, Sept. 1. The team will also play home games against Southern Conference foes Wofford (Oct. 1), VMI (Oct. 15), Western Carolina (Oct. 22) and Mercer (Nov. 12).
 
Fans have three options for football season tickets. A Bulldog Club chairback reserved season ticket costs $150, along with a minimum $500 membership in the Bulldog Club.
 
West Side reserved season tickets in Section 102, behind the Samford bench, cost $100 per seat. East Side general admission season tickets can be purchased for $60.
 
Children aged 12 and under can receive a free general admission ticket to every Samford Athletic event, courtesy of Alabama Power. These complimentary tickets can be picked up at the Gate B Ticket Office up to 90 minutes prior to kickoff of each game attended.
 
Fans can purchase season tickets through the athletics website at www.samfordsports.com/tickets, by calling 205-726-DOGS (3647) or by visiting the ticket office on the third floor of the Pete Hanna Center. The ticket office is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
